We accept returns for any reason, forever.  Yes, forever.

If you have your original receipt, we will give you your money back.  If you've lost the receipt, we'll give you store credit.

We replace defective pots for life.  If a manufacturing error causes problems with your pot, even if it's years from now, we'll ship you a replacement for free.

Please contact us to let us know a return is on the way. Once we receive the return, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price plus any taxes you were charged. We do not refund shipping charges.

Please note that seed pots are fragile, and must be packed carefully to avoid damage during shipping. If you have any questions about how to pack your return so that it arrives safely, please contact us and we’ll help you.

How can we offer such a generous return policy?

1.  We have literally never received a return because our pots didn't work as promised.  They work.

2.  If there is a manufacturing error, it's our fault, and it would simply be wrong not to take responsibility for our mistakes. 


Domestic Shipping:  Within the United States

Pandemic shipping is more unreliable that it has ever been during our time in business.  We generally ship FedEx ground because historically they have been the most careful of the major carriers, but lately we've been finding that USPS is giving better service.  You will be notified of your tracking number and which carrier has your package when we ship it.

To calculate shipping costs, you can use the calculator on the checkout page. Shipping amounts vary depending on the size of your order and the location. (Please note, you must add an item to the cart before shipping rates can be calculated.)

International Shipping:  Outside the United States

We ship all over the world via USPS International Economy for smaller packages (under 4 lbs) and USPS Priority Mail International for larger packages. The calculator on our checkout page can calculate rates to your destination. Shipping times vary but are usually 7-10 days. You are responsible for all customs duties charged by your country.


Shipping Damage Replacement

Seed pots are fragile. We pack your order securely, but occasionally damages occur. If this happens please contact us and we will replace your pots for free. Please photograph any damages as soon as you notice them, as we require documentation of damages before we can send the replacement.
