Mizspoona is a delicious cross between mizuna and tatsoi. Juicy, crunchy leaves with mild mustard flavor are tasty in salad or, when left to grow bigger, are good cooked as well. Unusual for a green, the stems are also very tasty - crisp and juicy like bok choi, but small.
Strong plants are very adaptable and tolerate a wide range of conditions. Grow like you would any mustard-type greens.
